Tony Havens

I was born and raised locally in Portland, Oregon before relocating to the beautiful city of Bend. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest afforded me endless hours out in nature. I have always been an athlete with a passion for football, swimming, hiking and surfing (in my much younger years!).

I was born with an innate gift to feel others’ emotions in an intense and sometimes confusing way. After going through a hard time and losing my father in my early 20's I found massage therapy and discovered my passion for healing. I decided to pursue massage therapy as a career and as a way to use my gift as an empath to help heal others.

Fast forward 10 years later, I discovered acupuncture after being involved in a number of car accidents and looking for a new way to treat the pain holistically.
