This is your initial visit with us. Our practitioners will set aside a full hour of time to meet with you face-to-face and review any recent lab work or blood panels you have done. We will also examine your health history and your answers to the specific assessment tools we give you before your appointment. We will discuss exact details about what your care plan will look like.

We do not bill insurance directly but if you live in Oregon, we can provide super bills for your care that you would then submit to your insurance for reimbursement from them directly. Call your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network coverage. We do accept HSA/FSA cards.

The Health Evaluation fee is $350.
