Appointment by Appointment

This option offers flexibility while providing consistent ongoing care through follow up appointments.

  • Our initial appointments are one hour in length so we have time to fully discuss your concerns and the doctor's can thoroughly understand your healthy history & where you are at in your healing journey.

    Initial visits include a physical examination and you leave the clinic with a clear and comprehensive care plan to achieve your health goals.

  • Follow up appointments can be anywhere from 15-60 minutes in length depending on the need, but most commonly are 30 minute sessions.

Programs

We offer comprehensive wellness programs for those with complex health challenges or who are wanting to take a deep dive into their health and wellness. We intend for these programs to be life changing and they are meant to help you improve your health and feel the best you’ve ever felt.

  • This program model was started because of a growing challenge in health and the healthcare industry. You’ve probably seen it too. We live in a country with the best emergency medical care in the world and yet, we have the highest rate of chronic health diseases and prescription drug use of any other country.

    Rather than getting healthier, our country is getting sicker with increasing rates of diabetes, obesity and mental health illnesses. Clearly the system isn’t working. Surely there has to be a different way to protect our health and improve quality of life rather than just battling disease.

    This is not only possible but it is precisely what our comprehensive wellness programs are designed to do. We are you to help you build up your body and your health from the very foundations of what it means to be healthy. So that you can experience the quality of life and health that you were designed to have.

    • Programs vary in length depending on your needs and are typically 3, 6, 9 or 12 months long.

    • Our comprehensive programs include all of your visits with your doctor, all testing fees, a prepaid supplement bank and any in-office treatments necessary for your care.

    • Programs also include an education component and access to our wellness curriculum.

    • You can think of your comprehensive wellness program like an all-inclusive resort, payment is taken care of up front so you can focus on your healing during your time at Terrain Natural Medicine.

    If you think a program may be right for you, simply mention it at the time of your initial appointment booking and our doctors will be prepared to discuss this option more with you at the time of your visit.

Did you know we have membership options? They’re a great option if you know you’re going to be checking in with us monthly, every couple months or even quarterly and they include discounts! Plans start at $56 per month.
