I stumbled upon naturopathic medicine 15 years ago while in the thick of a health crisis. I was a professional ballet dancer who had always been healthy and able to keep up with the rigor of the career. That shifted when I unexpectedly developed debilitating fatigue, digestive issues, and rapid weight gain. I saw numerous doctors who ran dozens of tests, none of which could explain what was going on. In a desperate search for answers, I decided to turn to natural medicine.
Within minutes of my first ever visit with an ND, I realized that spending time with a person, really listening to their concerns, and validating their experience is medicine. This also came with an aha moment that my struggles were a window to my next calling - one where I could help others feel supported and hopeful about restoring their sense of health and well-being.
I have a particular passion for all things related to women’s health. This comes from my own experience with PCOS and witnessing loved ones navigate fertility struggles. That said, I welcome anyone who is looking for support. My goal as a provider is to create a safe space for you to lean into all that you’ve been carrying. From there we work together to find answers and solutions, so that you can get back to feeling like your best self.
Outside of work I enjoy salsa dancing, exploring Central Oregon, challenging a strong fear of heights and speed with typical outdoor Bend activities, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and our fur babies.
